Your first sign-in
Four steps, about two minutes. The office sends you an invitation; you set a password; you're in.
Open the invitation email
The office sends an invitation to the email address on your agent profile. Open it and tap the gold button — that link is what proves the address is yours.
Can't find it? Check spam and Promotions. The sender is noreply@royalregal-website.firebaseapp.com.
Confirm your email
The link opens a page that verifies the invitation. If it asks you to type your email, use exactly the address the invitation was sent to.
The link works once and expires after 14 days. Ask the office to resend if it has lapsed.
Set a password
Choose a password of at least 8 characters. From then on you sign in with your email and that password — no link needed.
You can skip this and keep using invitation links, but a password is far more convenient.
Download internal files
Once signed in, Internal Files lists the brokerage's forms and templates. Click any file to download it.
Files are stored behind permission rules — nobody can reach them without signing in.
If something goes wrong
The invitation email never arrived
Check spam and the Promotions tab first. If it still isn't there, confirm with the office that they used the right address — the invitation only goes to the address on file.
The link says it has expired
Invitations are valid for 14 days. Ask the office to send a new one; the old link stops working as soon as a new invitation is issued.
I forgot my password
Use “Forgot password?” on the sign-in page. A reset link goes to the same email address.
I was signed out on my own
For safety, the internal area signs you out after 5 minutes of inactivity. Sign in again — nothing is lost.
It says I have no access
Your account exists but hasn't been given agent access yet. Ask the office to set your role in the admin panel — the change takes effect on refresh, no new sign-in needed.
Can I use my phone?
Yes. Everything works in a phone browser, including downloads. Open the invitation email on the same device you want to sign in on.
