Which areas does Royal Regal cover?
Metro Vancouver and the Lower Mainland — including Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby, Surrey, Coquitlam and New Westminster. The head office is in Richmond, British Columbia.
What languages do your agents speak?
The team is multilingual. Every agent card in the directory lists the languages that agent works in, so you can pick someone you can talk to comfortably. The website itself is published in English, 简体中文 and Français.
How do I choose an agent?

Yes. The brokerage works on residential sales, commercial real estate, and leasing and rentals.
